88 units + 5 Hotel Residences. 30 Masia villas, 15 cave houses, 18 domes, 25 beach club residences, 5 hotel residences. Beach club launch.
PHASE 3 · 2029
Equestrian, Events & Spa
36 units. Equestrian club, 24 polo club residences, 12 domes. Multipurpose events centre, health & rejuvenation spa and clinic.
PHASE 4 · 2030
Farm, Education & Aviation
45 units: 12 domes + 33 mirrored & stone houses. Farm-to-table restaurant, educational facilities, helicopter landing platform.
PHASE 5 · 2030+
Polo & Ultra-Luxury
Polo club, 11 polo club residences, 5 Super Mansions. Total programme (Phases 1–3): 262+ units.
